Sonance Sub Enclosure Back Box for R10 Reference Subwoofer

The enclosure back box from Sonance is a fully engineered rear enclosure to be installed into a wall prior to fitting the Sonance Reference Series R10 In Wall 10" Subwoofer.
Sonance Reference Series in wall subwoofer enclosures are constructed from a combination of 12.7mm / 0.5” and 25.4mm / 1” MDF for superior isolation of bass and extruded aluminium bracing for minimal obstruction of airflow inside the enclosure.
Mass damping of front and back walls of each enclosure and long strand fibre glass internal damping for standing wave dissipation is also incorporated.
In addition, a floating enclosure design minimises vibration transfer to adjoining rooms. Both 10" and 12" enclosures fit in a standard 2" x 4" or 50.8mm x 101.6mm stud bay and a blank pre construction plate is included for easy installation.
Please note: This Rear Enclosure is only compatible with the Sonance Reference Series 10" R10SUB In Wall Subwoofer. It can be ordered with it in a Kit form or in advance separately for first fix requirements.
