Netvio 1Gb PoE 4K60 4:4:4 HDR Dante AV-A Encoder With HDMI and USB-C Switching, USB 2.0 Routing and 60W USB-C Charging
Details
Netvio's IP-JP4-60-DX-TX-10 is the flagship encoder of the new JP4-DX Series, engineered for modern collaboration, enterprise and hybrid working environments. Building on the proven JP4 architecture, it introduces native HDMI and USB-C input switching, USB-C device connectivity with up to 60W of integrated charging, USB 2.0 routing over IP and integrated Dante AV-A audio, all delivered over a standard 1Gb Ethernet network.
The encoder accepts both an HDMI 2.0b input at up to 4K60 4:4:4 (18Gbps) and a USB-C input that simultaneously carries video, USB and power on a single connection. An HDMI loop output, balanced analogue audio input and output, RS-232, IR and a Gigabit AV LAN port complete the I/O. PoE (IEEE 802.3af) provides single-cable installation, with optional 12V DC power available.
USB 2.0 routing over IP allows webcams, microphones, touch panels and other UC peripherals to be transported alongside the video stream, while the 60W USB-C charging output keeps a connected laptop powered throughout a meeting. This makes the JP4-60-DX-TX-10 particularly well suited to Microsoft Teams Rooms appliances, BYOD collaboration spaces and in-desk presentation systems.
The DX series brings native HDMI and USB-C input switching, USB over IP and SFP fibre support to the JP4 platform — capabilities not present on the JP4-60-DNT predecessor. Each DX unit also retains an integrated 2x2 Dante AV-A audio interface as standard, allowing stereo Dante streams to be transported alongside video over the same network and managed via Audinate's Dante Controller, Dante Director and Dante Domain Manager.
Housed in a black metal enclosure measuring 204 x 100 x 21.5mm, the encoder fits neatly into joinery or beneath a desk and scales from point-to-point links to enterprise-wide matrix topologies. Configuration is handled through Netvio360, with day-to-day control via the free NetvioGo application or third-party drivers for Crestron, Control4, Q-Sys, RTI and Elan. JP4-60-DX devices are fully interoperable with the wider JP4-60-D Series and are backed by a 5-year warranty including 2-year advanced replacement.
