Cleerline Tri Hole Fibre Jacket Stripper
Details
The Cleerline SSF-TRIHOLE Tri-Hole Fibre Optic Stripping Tool is perfect for stripping SSF outer jackets and also traditional fibre optic cables.
The tool has three openings, allowing preparation of traditional fibres with up to a 3.0 mm jacket. The 1st hole removes 1.6mm to 3mm fibre jacket. The second hole removes 600 to 900 micron buffer. The third hole removes 250 micron acrylate. This three hole design provides optimal stripping.
When using Cleerline SSF you only need to use the larger 1st hole to remove the 3mm outer jacket. There is no need to use the two smaller holes as the unique SoftPeel 250µm coating is removed without tools, using only fingernails.
When using traditional Non SSF fibre holes 2 and 3 are required to expose two buffer layers to expose the Non SSF fibre, ready for termination.
The second hole removes 600 to 900 micron buffer. The third hole removes 250 micron acrylate. This three hole design provides optimal stripping.
All stripping surfaces are quality manufactured to precise tolerances to ensure clean, smooth strips every time and this tool provides compliant thermoplastic elastomer handle grips. Factory set blade notches require no adjustment and will not scratch or nick the fibre.
The SSF-TRIHOLE is also supplied in Cleerline's CLE-FKIT02E entry level fibre termination kit. Please see the related items for more information.
