Wisdom Insight ICI6 In-Ceiling Speaker: EACH

Wisdom's Insight Series ICI6 in ceiling speaker is designed for high resolution distributed audio zones, LCR channels, and also surround and overhead channels. It uses Wisdom's incredible spiral planar magnetic driver for frequencies from 1200Hz up to 20kHz along with a robust 6 1/2 woofer resulting in amazing clarity, dynamics and most importantly off axis consistency.

The Wisdom Insight ICI6 ceiling speaker has a planar magnetic driver, a high operating woofer and a crossover that requires 1 channel of amplification. This full range loudspeaker is the perfect product for multiple applications, for example Hi-Fi 2 channel in ceiling stereo, in ceiling side and rear channels, in ceiling LCR and in ceiling Immersive audio applications.

Wisdom's incredible spiral planar magnetic driver uses an advanced thin film membrane to move the air. This film can respond instantly to the smallest detail in the signal and it has less inertia than traditional “cone and dome” drivers, so the signal is never blurred in any way.

This planar driver covers 4 octaves and offers significant benefits over traditional dynamic driver technologies, especially at all frequencies above the bass, where dynamic drivers still tend to make the most sense.
