Sonance Pro PS-P85T is a high-output pendant loudspeaker for professional commercial installations. Sharing the same 8" aluminium cone driver and neodymium compression driver platform as the PS-C85RT, it delivers 88dB sensitivity and selectable 120°/80° dispersion with full 70V/100V transformer compatibility.

Sonance Professional PS-P85T high output in pendant speaker delivers powerful, controlled audio performance in demanding commercial environments where standard speakers often lack the output and clarity needed to energize large spaces. Thanks to their advanced driver technologies, including a double-undercut motor structure and optimised suspension components, these loudspeakers produce clean bass, articulate mids, and an overall balanced performance, often eliminating the need for a subwoofer.

Ideal applications include, sports bars and high energy hospitality venues, nightclubs and upscale lounges, event venues and ballrooms, fitness studios and large commercial spaces and high ceiling environments with challenging acoustics

Every High Output loudspeaker ships with a magnetically interchangeable horn and collar assembly, allowing installers to select between 120° wide dispersion for low-to-medium ceilings and 80° narrow dispersion for high ceilings or longer throw field-adjustable, no special tools required.

A single SKU serves both high-ceiling and low-ceiling applications, simplifying quoting and inventory management. Consistent tonality is maintained across both dispersion modes, so coverage adapts to the room without compromising sonic character.

The advanced Variable Dispersion technology allows installers to fine tune coverage patterns, targeting specific audience zones with precision, to address challenging acoustic spaces while maintaining consistent sound quality. Optional mounting accessories and finish options offer flexible installation and design matching capabilities.

The High Output series expands the Sonance Professional Series with a compression-driver family purpose-built for demanding commercial environments. Each loudspeaker pairs an 8-inch low-frequency driver with a 1.4-inch coaxial compression driver, a first for Sonance, delivering higher SPL, controlled dispersion, and clear speech intelligibility that goes beyond background music and paging to handle live sound and open microphone applications.
