The Sennheiser XSW-D 6.3mm 1/4" jack RX and TX are compact XS Wireless Digital plug-on units with 6.3mm (1/4") connections, each sold individually: choose the MINI JACK RX receiver or the MINI JACK TX transmitter.
A wireless link needs one transmitter and one receiver, so order both for a new system, or order a single unit to pair with an existing XSW-D transmitter or receiver.
The MINI JACK TX connects to any lavalier or head-worn microphone with a 6.3mm 1/4" plug, while the 6.3mm (1/4") JACK RX connects to a DSLR, video camera or any device with a 6.3mm (1/4") input, and the two pair at the touch of a button.
Both operate in the licence-free 2.4 GHz band using the aptX Live codec, with an audio frequency response of 80 to 18,000 Hz, a signal-to-noise ratio of at least 106 dB, latency below 4 ms and a range of up to 75 m in optimal conditions.
A built-in Li-Ion battery gives up to 5 hours of operation and charges in typically 3 hours via USB-C, making them ideal for content creation, video production and presentations.
