Compact in size, the Sage P20 defies traditional categorisation, it provides every bit of the musical performance, realistic dynamic quality and sound pressure capability of its larger Sage Series siblings. It is timbre matched and can be combined with other Sage Series in wall, on wall and freestanding models as desired for the specific installation needs of your customer.
All versions are constructed entirely from aircraft grade aluminium, being exquisitely slim and elegant in design. This speaker blends nicely into a variety of décor where traditional loudspeakers might otherwise overlap excessively on a room's appearance. With a ground breaking 2" (5.08cm) planar magnetic tweeter gives this speaker its characteristic transparency, detail and instantaneous dynamics. It handles the midrange and high frequencies and extends all the way down to 650Hz. The diaphragm is actually square and yet the acoustic lens optimises the dispersion at the highest frequencies while allowing the midrange frequencies to pass through without attenuation. The result is an excellent and uniform horizontal dispersion throughout its operating range.
