Matching the footprint of the Nexo P+ Series speakers, the L15 And L18 are the perfect sub bass cabinets partner for this Series. They extend low frequency performance down to 40Hz and 32Hz in a range of front of house, stage monitoring applications and fixed installations. Available in black, white and custom colours.

To match the extremely efficient P12 and P15 of the NEX-P+ Series and deliver the same kind of power over weight ratio, Nexo has developed the NEX-L series featuring compact subwoofers with extremely high output level.
These sub woofers are built around a 15mm custom made bent plywood shell, using poplar veneer for the inside layers and birch for the outside. The result is a plywood with exceptionally good sound quality and a very robust and light weight enclosure. The band pass horn tuning is done through two computer optimised shaped ports guaranteeing ultra low distortion even at very high level.
Three large comfortable handles on each side ensure easy use of the NEX-L in any situation, particularly when used with its dedicated wheel board and cover. The back plate holds two Speakon® connectors that can be used for both multiple L15 or L18 daisy chaining or to link a NEX-P+ speaker. The strong front grill uses a very large hexa shaped design, so as to not restrict the air flow from the two larges tuned chambers.
The the L15's 15” neodymium transducer with a 4” voice coil and the L18's neodymium transducer with a 4.5” voice coil offer an enormous stiffness and a very high displacement capacity. Together with the very unique cabinet design they produced a very tight sub bass sound with a high impact.
Just like its companion NEX-P+ speakers, the NEX-L series have been developed to precisely match the output power of the NEX-NXAMP.
The NEX-L subwoofers also takes advantage of the new processing algorithm running on the NEX-NXAMP amplifiers. The Advanced Dynamic Processing optimises the match between the NEX-L maximum excursion with the NEX-NXAMP output voltage capacity. The result is a highly dynamic sound without triggering the thermal limit of the driver.
Two different crossovers frequency of 85Hz and 120Hz for the L15 and three different crossovers frequency of 60Hz, 85Hz and 120Hz for the L18, using the same phase response as all other NEXO speakers will ensure a instant phase match with the NEX-P+.
A dedicated minimum latency setup is also available, compatible with the minimum latency monitor setups of the the NEX-P+. The result is a very efficient drum-fill system with both cabinets sharing the same width.
