With 24 x 2.5GbE copper ports, high-power PoE++ delivery across 8 ports, and multiple 10Gbps fibre uplinks, it provides a robust and elegant foundation for high-performance Wi-Fi 6 and Wi-Fi 7 access points, IP surveillance, distributed AV and advanced smart home infrastructure—without compromise.

Six integrated 10Gbps SFP+ uplinks deliver ample headroom for resilient backbone connectivity, whether linking floor-to-floor cabinets, connecting high-speed network storage, or aggregating traffic back to a core switch or router.

Advanced Layer 2+ with light Layer 3 capabilities ensures efficient traffic segmentation, stable VLAN routing and consistent performance across larger or more complex residential deployments.

For enhanced resilience, the switch features dual power inputs (AC and DC). The integrated DC backup power input allows connection to a secondary power source, such as a UPS or central battery system, helping maintain network availability during mains power interruptions and ensuring critical residential services remain online.

Designed for centralised management, the VigorSwitch PQ2300xb can be provisioned and monitored via the VigorACS management platform and/or DrayTek Vigor router central switch management. VLAN configurations can be deployed directly from the router and cloned across multiple switches, significantly reducing commissioning time and simplifying the delivery of sophisticated, multi-switch residential networks.
