Cleerline SSF™ Armoured Corrugated Steel (ACS) Distribution direct burial fibre optic cable consists of a PE overall black jacket with 6 fibres and water blocking Kevlar yarns.
The spooling charge for this custom cable will be applied at checkout.
The core is protected by a corrugated armoured steel tube that offers easy installation and high crush resistance. A polyethylene UV resistant jacket protects the cable, allowing direct burial.
Applications include direct burial and those requiring superior bend performance and crush resistance.
This cable offers high mechanical strength, superior fatigue (nD = 30) and is compatible with common connector systems for 50/125 Multimode. It has up to 10,000x the bend longevity of traditional fibre. Integral SSF™ coating provides glass protection and increased safety due to incredible bend insensitivity.
Cleerline SSF™ Armoured Multimode is fully compatible with all common connector systems for standard 50/125 Multimode fibre.
This product offers bend performance beyond EIA SP2840A, superior crush resistance and superior pull.
Please Note: This fibre cable is available as custom cuts in 25m increments (e.g. 25m or 50m or 75m etc.,) 25m being the minimum cut. Or alternatively a full length of 304m on a drum, please see related items for further details.
