This is the first monthly Technical Bulletin
from Habitech Limited — intended to supply
both information and technical tips as to how to
get the best from the many products we supply.
We hope that you will find the enclosed useful
and would welcome your comments and any requests
for clarification on equipment you may have
installed. |
 |
Who are we? - Hopefully most of you will
already have been to our office and seen our
demo and workshop facilities.
We have recently been joined by Richard
Trussell in the Workshop who will be in the
office to answer your calls and process any
service work. He can
be reached on 01252 747578.
Richard is also doing our training courses,
taking over from Timmi. |
New
Configurator Software — NuVo have recently
posted v2.56 of the NV-I8G and NV-E6G
Configurator. This contains some great new
features including the long-awaited faster
navigation of menus for the RIPS and music
servers. In any menu holding the << and >> keys
will cause the menus to jump down in steps.
Pressing and releasing these keys will still
jump to the top and bottom of the menus as
before. The software also has some improvements
for the WCP—thanks to Chris White for helping us
with some beta testing on site.
The software and the release notes are available
on our web site.
Control Modules - We have been working with some
of our dealers to author control modules for the
Grand Concerto (which will also work with the Essentia G). These have been installed and
tested by us and our dealers, but we would also
welcome any improvements / changes you may have. |
